Seasonal Bundle

Get Your Home Ready for Fall

Take care of your seasonal home maintenance checklist with one convenient bundle. Tim checks the key areas below to help you prepare for colder weather, falling leaves, and seasonal rain.

Any recommended repairs or additional work will be discussed separately.

  1. Gutters & Drainage Check

Check gutters and downspouts for debris and blockages, inspect yard drain caps, and check that downspout splash pads direct water away from the house.

  2. Roof & Shingle Check

Visually check the roof for damaged or missing shingles and flag any areas that may need attention.

  3. Furnace & Air Filter Check

Replace the furnace air filter, check that it is installed in the correct direction, and turn on the furnace to check that it starts operating.

  4. Carbon Monoxide Detector Check

Check existing carbon monoxide detectors using their test buttons and identify any units that may need replacement.

  5. Sump Pump Test

Add water to the sump pit to check that the pump activates and removes water in preparation for rain and melting snow.
